Are shadow frames and custom engravings included in the price?
Yes! Every single model comes completely mounted in a custom matte-black shadow frame with custom 4-sided laser engraving (Trek Name, Elevation, Location, Date/Name) at no extra charge.
How long does production and delivery take in India?
Custom 3D printing and frame assembly takes 2-3 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your pincode (dispatched via BlueDart / Delhivery / Speed Post with tracking).
